One revolting student comments ' yes I know and would accept being sent down for this protest' - golly ! - Powers of a uni ( chartered by the monarch) to decline to award degrees is - - - wide.
I cant get the breetol case where they invited an engineering student to retake an exam - results too good - and he refuses and sues - nig high court judgment
(PROBABLY made the same mistake as an examiner did in a specimen answer)
but HERE - Bristol again inadvertenly gives and answer sheet away and says " Listen up punters, your final exam is .... tomorrow"
Unacceptable. If someone has made the question answers public (to the advantage of those with brilliant memory) then the only correct action is to scrap that exam and create another as fast as possible.
Two days isn't enough to revise properly (I've no idea when the exam was originally scheduled for) so it isn't a reasonable solution. Good luck to all who fail and then bring a case against the university. (If they're allowed.)
