Where it happens is irrelevant. Although most nations wouldn't have a terrorist group making it their safe home; so in that respect one would be surprised to have it occur in Israel, and particularly in Germany.

If it is true it is sad and regrettable, but the question must be asked; what is an eight year old child doing with a Hezbollah pager or walkie-talkie?

these attacks are indiscriminate largely because it is not just hezbollah fighters who use pagers and because there is no accounting for where these objects actually are when they explode... e.g. in public places or near a child. these are indiscriminate public attacks intended to sow fear. it is terrorism pure and simple.

It's like the Gaza war - if your enemy embed themselves with the civilian population then civilians will get hurt/killed.

Some people don't give a rats rectum how many innocents they kill, as long as their target dies.
