Christmas In The Good Old Days

"When we asked for your vote," said the prime minister "we didn't promise you instant sunshine. We pointed out that a nation can't accelerate down hill for years "***Like is has done so for the last 14 of them***.And suddenly return to Prosperity .We had to start.. the long slow climb back up hill to recovery. I'm afraid some things will get worse before they get better.
After all the unprecedented problems we've overcome and emerged from over the past few years, with Starmer at the helm steering his mottley crew into ever increasingly murky waters, this country is now going backwards and downhill at an accelerated rate. So is history repeating itself? Yes. This isn't the first Labour government to lead us into disaster.
Much of it is the increased risk of, due to unsympathetic and unequal shifting of burdens onto certain vulnerable folk in society. This should never be a policy of a left wing government as it goes against fundamental principles.
As for the OP, I'm unsure what point is meant to have been made. History often repeats itself.
nicebloke, it is you that has just put this (Still looking to be shown where the staving, freezing, suffering is, and general disasters are in this country?) on so if you can find it which I don't think you will let the rest of us see it. Or have you just made it up. I notice still no answer to my question the same as the last time I asked you and gulliver.
