THECORBYLOON My research involved accessing websites for various providers of these injections, as recommended by my GP. There are three different types, but they all essentially function in the same manner. I was exploring this option for myself, hoping for a quick solution to lose the two stone I need to shed. I consulted my GP because I didn’t want to purchase anything off the internet without proper guidance. Upon discovering that these injections merely suppress appetite, I decided against spending £300 per month on them privately. Instead, I will rely on traditional willpower, which, admittedly, isn’t always 100% effective.

I can think of another way of getting them back to work and thinner. Stop giving them free money. They get get fed healtly meals if they do productive work for the nation. Simples.

There are far more people who don't want to work because they are lazy and it's cheaper to get benefits than there are fat people who can't work because they are obese.  Will it work? No.

This is nothing to do with the unemployed really. That seems to have been a throwaway remark by Wes Streeting which the BBC have turned into a headline.

It's just about making weight loss drugs more easily available on the NHS.
