..... or are they just unkind?  Good Morning Britain presenter Narinder Kaur has apologised for posting a tweet asking if Princess Kate smokes, her reason being that she says Kate has aged so much and smoking is the only explanation.
 

Has this woman been living under a stone for the best part of a year?  No, that is not the only explanation.   Kate's fighting cancer and has undergone several long months of gruelling chemotherapy - something that would take its toll on anyone, you numbskull!
