Living Together and Mortgage Advice

For 4 years now i have been living together in my house with my girlfriend and her child. Things are now getting to the stage that it is unbearable together and she is starting to abuse not only the house but our way of life, she no longer cares about the relationship at all and goes out of her way to show this. I owned the house for 4 years before she moved in and the mortgage has always been in my name only, she has never contributed towards the house or its bills in any way, she does however pay for food for the house but i tend to match even that nearly every month. It has never bothered me as she didnt really get paid much compared to me and i didnt have a problem paying for someone i love. We live in Scotland and now i am wondering what the story is with my house, does she now have the ability to try and take half my property. I have been told that she doesnt but was wondering if anyone had been in these circumstances and knows for certain. I would of course help her relocate to a house of her own but would not want my house and mortgage which i have paid myself for 10 years(transfered from previous house) to be affected.
