Well, Moslems probably have a far lower rate of teenage pregnancies and unmarried mothers than most other groups, but I don't see how a more traditional set of family values equates with more civilized behaviour. Are gay or divorced people suddenly uncivilized?

Personally, I have always felt the right of women to make informed choices in all aspects of their lives to be at the forefront of civilised behaviour in a modern society.

No, I don't agree with the statement.

I am also now starting to believe that Muslims will not / do not want to integrate into society like the Sikh and Indian immigrants from the 50s/60s/70s.

Maybe it would be an idea to stop calling them all Asian, an idea mooted recently.
