I imagine they'll pay up when they pay compensation to the lorry drivers they blockaded several years ago - when hell freezes over.

If the roles had been reversed, the Frogs would have been playing Holy hell to the courts to chase US for payment. So why the hell doesn't this cowardly yellow backed government of our press the issue? If memory serves me correctly the French were able to settle before being taken to court. Im sure you can imagine the furore that would have ben caused if the UK was fined by the EC for embargoing French wine out of safety concerns.
