Help - Advice needed!

I met this bloke in a nightclub ages ago, get on really well and talk to him every week. We exchanged phone numbers and have texted each other a few times but nothing more. He has asked me out a few times but I've always said no, not convinced I fancy him. Anyway, I recently decided did quite like him after all. A few weeks ago he took my mate to oneside and poured his heart out to her, how much he liked me blah blah blah but I always turn him down blah blah..... So I went over and basically asked him if he wanted to go out. He said yes, he would ring me. He rang me the next day but I wasn't in and missed his call. I texted him later to apologise and he seemed OK. he didn't ring me again though. Saw him the next week and he said he did like me, would ring me this week. Before the end of that evening though, I got VERY drunk and snogged him and then told him to go home so I could get off with someone else (I know, I'm an evil witch). He did text me the following morning though and still seemed keen but didn't ring me like he said he would. My question is - do you think I've blown it by acting like a complete tart, even though I've known him for months and have never acted like that before? Do you think I should ring him and apologise for my behaviour and ask him out on a date? Or do you think I should go with my initial instincts (i.e don't really fancy him) and leave it alone? Any advice appreciated - Ali.
