Well, if we knew that, there wouldn't be much point to the D-notice system. (For those who don't know, D-notices are issued to the Press by Government, asking the Press not to publish certain sensitive information.) But there was certainly a D-notice issued in 1999, asking that the Press should not publish the address of a website which contained the addresses of intelligence personnel.
