Plans to text immigrants to remind them to go home when their VISAs run out. Has this story leaked out before April 1st?

I suppose we will have to buy them the mobile in the first place and they wont want a rubbish one either, that would be against their human rites. I expect someone at the top has bought shares in a mobile phone provider, thats how it normally works, yeh?

there wouldnt be enough mobile phones to go round,judging by the amount of immigrants over here already.
