KM Links Game for March week 2
15 Answers
After all the excitement of last week, calm and peace has been restored and hopefully the typist won't make a dogs breakfast of it all
Just a note before getting down to tin tacks Gravit8 -I did appreciate your entry for Gladstone, Queensland - I was really chuffed, but thought you were stretching things a bit - sorry, seems Kate saw it the same way.
Oh dear, our star turn of last week did a complete 180 and was not able to add to his score this week - never mind wickedtongue - even the genius is allowed a bad hair day, but don't make a habit of it.
JILLYSBOY at #2 was the first 2 pointer with what was to become a firm favourite - the Gladstone Bag.
He was followed simultaneously by sarumite and paulineward with Negative Equity, so double points to both of you.
Next 2 pointer went to Aquagility with Gift Token and was also on deck early to post the results for us and the final 2 points went to lysander coming in after the initial flurry at 8.47 with Corporate Hospitality.
So to sum up - sarumite, Aquagility & lysander all lead the charge with a hot shot plus 1 extra point = 3 points each
Also on 3 points for three good selections are Arabesque & netkey
Leading the group with 2 points is JILLYSBOY & paulineward with their hot shots, followed by Mr Jim Jools, Christiana, Dinkpuzzled, bridgenut, burgess3334, teacher1, twosearch, Shazza Hewat
[onya, Shazza !!] jayemcee, Ramjet & devadiva

Well done everyone - I think we're all beginning to find our way onto Kate's wavelength, some of us more slowly than others, but we're getting there.
Commiserations again to ChrisHewat perhaps the way to go might be to swap your picks with Shazza but I've a feeling she'd never let you get away with it !! Chin up though, mate, you'll get there.
Think that's about all from the desk down-under, Aquagility tells me the sun's shining and he thinks the birds are singing, or perhaps it's the other way around - well down here both the sun and the birds have gone to bed, so I'll bid you all adieu Steff
Hi all, poor Jools, you're having problems with your other half I know, don't they get full of themselves when they think they're winning !!! Yes I think a short spell of ..errrr, well I'll think of something !!
sarumite - the Norwegian certainly paid off, though I can't quite figure how, even getting to the starting line with all the dots and dashes, and the snow shoes - doesn't bear thinking about.
but pauline has done very well this week and the less said about Reg for now - he's probably plotting with Jim !!
so we all just keep plugging away and see what we can manage next week. bye for now Steff
Congratulations to all the winners.
Looks like the Ont-ices are making a habit of losing. Perhaps playing possum before the really BIG prize.
Don't know what to say to Pauline and Jules, but you certainly have my sympathy. The crowing will go on and on and on. Ear plugs, perhaps?
Samurite. You're walking a very very thin line re your membership at Free Fall. You have been warned.

Well seekeerz thank you for your commiserations - I think retirement might be the best option! Another 0 0 weekend! Having shown Shazz what to do, I have hardly scored a point since!!
Heartiest congrats to all the smarties out there with points (inc Shazz) and to the trusty markers, helpers and scorers. Oh for next week's comps - can't wait! Going to look for a duck breaking implement this week - wonder what Bernard uses!

Thank you Bangor for giving a mention to the one-pointers. I'm thinking of branching out with a Failure Club, with myself as the most successful member! Anyone else feel free to join. I think the main reason for my failure is not being able to get into the shrubbery with the rest of the gang. . Ah well, I shall keep trying. Best wishes to everyone and especially you good people who work so hard to keep us entertained.
