I read recently that Italy has kicked out and extreamist within 48 hours of him ranting about Italians being attacked in Iraq, apparantly Italy has the same human rights laws as we have, so why is Abu Hamza still here?
Like it or not - and many people don't - Abu Hamza is a British Citizen, and cannot be deported. I would guess that Italy also has many extremists of one sort or another who have freedom of movement etc in their own country, but who would not be allowed to enter the UK.
So his only claim to citizenship is a bigamous marraige, which in its self is a crime, and still he continues to live in this country. I dont understand, How can he still be aloud to stay, if i ranted hateful comments about muslims or the jewish or any other group of people i would be arrested and probably jailed, why does he get special treatment???????
Do any of you know what the law is regarding deportation? Do you have any idea what kind of charges are being brought against him? We only know what the papers are telling us, we have no idea what kind of investigations the police or the Home Office are conducting because no one has seen fit to inform the public. I would naively suggest that once investigations have concluded, he would be booted out but unfortunately, that law thing will probably get in the way and he, or rather his solicitors, will find a way of delaying the procedure.
