I doubt anyone here could seriously suggest that Mrs Beckham is anything less than the most noteworthy woman of the year; her achievements speak to all of humanity.
Surely she deserves this award for what she has to go through.
She has to sit and watch her husband play football every game (and look after the kids at the same time), even though she knows nothing about football.
She has to avoid eating any sort of food to continue to look like a stick incect.
She has to read hundreds of fashion magazines every month to make sure she is up to date on all the latest fashion.
And after dragging her to Madrid because of his job her husband is now making her move to Los Angeles because of his new job.
I'd like to nominate Catherine Tate, because when she lost out at the BAFTAs to 'That Mitchell And Webb Look' she gave one of the best 'furious losers' face I've ever seen.
Ahem ....can i just say that i read an article once that her mother wrote and apparently (now dont go all 'quotey' on me') but apparently she loads her own washing machine!!!! Yeah i know how FANTASTIC IS THAT eh?? So anyone on here who DOESNT think she deserves this award can just read this and weep!
I do not know V Beckham other than through the media and therefore has very little impact on my life, so can not feel strongly about anything that affects her.
Glamour magazine, never heard of it or read it but given the title I would guess VB is probably very appropriate for them. Its hardly an award to covert is it?
Oh now come on now, be fair. Credit where credit's due. I did read that she had good advice for work-frazzled mothers - to lift your mood, plan your wardrobe whilst doing your housework. Cor, if only we'd have thought of that before! :o)
