dawn eastenders cardigans

Hi,
can someone please help me!
I love the cropped cardigans dawn miller out of eastenders wears! Can'y find them anywhere. She wears a variety of different colours. Can somebody tell me where to purchase them from.
They are a woolly material and are pl;ain colours.
ive seen her in so far, green, red, lemon, white, black and lilac.
i would be really greatful if you can help and get back 2 me.
