Hey, I havent been on for a bit so hello all... I've got a few things to ask - but I'll do them in seperate posts! Firstly, I'm having a reall problem with my skin at the moment - my face and shoulders seem to be covered with spots - a mixture of black/white heads and blemishes, and is generally dull and crappy!. I've just come back from holiday and have a nice tan etc, but my skin still looks dreadful......I'm sure the suntan lotion didn't help. I try to keep my skin clean, use oil-free moisturiser, don't wear tons of make-up etc, and my diet is pretty average. I am 31yrs old and was never really a spotty teenager...any ideas appreciated? A xXx

Do you have a shower / bath long handled brush? After squeezing them, you need to keep up with a body brush & make sure you shower / bathe off any soap suds / hair shampoo away from the skin thoroughly. Also keep the brush free of soap after use by thoroughly rinsing it through.
Hello Silver_Fox
I can sympathise I was never spotty as a teenager either but in my 30's my skin went haywire and this lasted for about 2 years. My god I was depressed and got signed off work for a couple of weeks as I couldn't face people looking at me. I use to wake up in the midle of the night and feel for new spots.
What cured them was a combination of Doxycycline tablets and Zineryt topical lotion from my GP.
Good Luck.
