Is this justice?

A 44yr old black man walks free from court with a smirk on his face after being convicted of a vicious attack on a 96yr old war veteran, which was unprovoked and leaves him with loss of vision in one eye. Is this justice?

That is true. It was so obvious the attacker was black, it was a pointless appendage.

Thought that may stir up a hornets nest! I stated his colour because HE WAS BLACK!!! If he had been say a chinaman I would have said that! Why not, am only stated fact.

Why not just say a 44 year old man? If he had been white, would you not have been as outraged?

Why not TCL ? The sentence is ludicrously inconsistent with the crime, the attacker is black, the victim is white, it is Croydon, and these matters are of public concern to the dimjinishing white population.

It is a statement of fact, but with undertones that dare not speak their name.

I can honestly say that when I seen the picture in the paper earlier, I didn't notice the colour of the attacker. If both had been white, how would you feel?

The victim was actually Asian...his name is Shah Chaudury
