So David Cameron wants Hostpitals fined over the Super-Bug. doesn't he know that the money for the NHS comes from the Tax Payers ? So the cash will just go round in a circle ? Daft Tory thinking-just what we need !

Its a daft idea, like the one for PCs to fine drunks in the street. Imagine how many admin clerks it would take to process the money, how it would be banked, who would decide on how it should be spent etc. I can see another lot of beaurocrats rising up!

lyn you have read that somewhere haven't you. think about it..........carefully.......a little longer...............figured it out yet. no.......o.k. i would imagine it is for the absolutly stupid drunks the ones who cause problems on a saturday night or the ones who snap your wing mirror off. it could be for the ones who drank themselves comatose and the police had to waste time dealing with the pratt. i imagine if you are a little tipsy you will be fine...........see how is that not a bad idea?
