What is the weirdest/strangest thing you have ever had to do at work...

Mine is trying a body bag on for size, I am 6'6" tall and the company I worked for at the time started to market bodybags, as I was tallest person at the company I was asked to climb into one of the bodybags to see if i fitted... It didn't... but putting myself into a bodybag on the floor of an office was sure a strange thing to have to do.

Oh and the MD of the company said it didn't matter If i didn't fit, I'd already be dead so they would just break my legs to get me in... charming :)

Oh and was the IT guy at the company.. above and beyond the normal parts of the I believe!!

We had to make 3 life size plaster of paris nuns once. The fun part was sitting in an open trailer with them whilst they were being driven to an exhibition!

Having to sober up a couple of drunk coach passengers. In 40 mins. From unconscious. I was customer services at the interchange. They'd had a long trip from Scotland, got off the coach, wobbled, took very deep breaths ..

and went face down into the grass like felled trees.

Pulled them up, pushed them into the services, into the coffee queue, and marched them around outside. Given the once over by their driver they were just about allowed on. And left me exhausted and relieved.
Question Author
rabbitygir,

Why is it we all feel like we are the funniest people alive when we are drunk... but infact we are all just a pain in the arse.. well done, I hate dealing with drunk people when I'm sober
Thank you marky. They weren't funny drunks but quite raucous and rude. They had been told they wouldn't travel on if drunk. I did it for them and me. Didn't fancy being left with them after the coach left!

I'll never forget seeing them fall down tho. They weren't hurt, and it was grass. So I do have a smile when I recall that.
