Racist England?

After the results in last weeks polls do the English electorate have a problem with Gordon Brown being a Scot? Should he develop an english accent and start speaking like Tony Blair (a very english Scot) or has everyone just had their fill with Labour and fancy a change again?

His bright idea of taxing the poor and then telling them it's ok because they could apply to claim some of their money back from the government in the form of a handout was just about the final straw I think.

As an Englishman I can say it is nothing to do with him being a Scot, but being not very good.
If you are a leader then Brown is the sort of person you want "behind the scenes", getting things done for you.
He is NOT the sort of person you want in charge.
While I did not like Blair at least he seemed to like being in the limelight, talking to the press etc.
Brown seems to think the press are in the way, and he would rather not have to deal with them.
Blair got out just at the right time, leaving Brown to deal with all the crap that is now hitting the fan.
Blair probably timed it so that it would leave Brown to deal with all these current problems.

McBottle just has one of those faces which together with his demenour does it for him. Couple this with the result of swingeing hidden taxes over the last ten years beginnig to show he has had it.
His Tonyness knew this, thats why he got out.
Most of the problems though are of Gordons making. He was afterall Chancellor.

Why do you mention just England? didn't labour lose out all over Wales as well? it is not because he is Scottish, it is because the whole damn lot of them are bufoons, they now say they did not realise that getting rid of the 10p tax band would affect so many people, What? and they run the economy, god help us,

I don't have a problem with any nationality as such, My problem is that since 1997, except for a few 'yes men' and 'incompetants', this Labour Goverment has been kept exclusively Scottish,
I don't have a problem with Gordon Brown, except that he's hopeless, I have a problem with this Scottish Labour Goveverment.
