these things are hard to figure out, but it may just be that the dollar got weaker, not that the won got stronger.

Likewise, it's a great time to go on holiday to Iceland since their kronor is doing a lot worse than sterling, and your spending money will go to needy people who will otherwise be reduced to gnawing fish bones
