No, speaking as an ex smoker, there's more to smoking than just nicotine.
It's about having a moment to yourself and also there's a very complex ettiquette with smoking (that I miss) FYI I don't care if people are smoking around me and I'll never smoke again.
As an ex smoker it wouldn't have done it for me! As already stated by others there's more to smoking than getting a kick from the nicotine. Funnily enough the greatest help to me when I stopped - many moons ago - was hard fruity lollipops as they also gave me something to do with my hands....murder on the teeth though!!!
If it tastes anything like the goddam taste of these herbal fags (the leagal variety) I dallied with about 30 years ago then no thanks. Manure springs to mind! I smoke one cigarette a day with my coffee in the evening and it's M Y time. My hubby doesn't understand but to me it's an important ritual.
