I'm one of those people who is horribly pedantic about spelling and grammar. I believe I'm from the last generation to be taught what an adverb is, and how not to end a sentence with a preposition.
This story annoys me, because it clearly demonstrates how far standards have fallen.
I sometimes get caught out with typos when I sent posts from my iPod, but a lot of the errors on his blog seem to stem from pure ignorance. There's little excuse for not knowing the whole 'i' before 'e' except after 'c' rule.
Furthermore, combining a pink shirt with a grey suit should now be considered a capital offence.
