NoKnow is joking noway! {:)
Well; I'll eat my hat ....... no.k, aka Sherlock Holmes!
cripes NK, you'll be after my job next! well spotted!!
This happens because you are trying to watch it faster than it is downloading. Your pc is not the problem, it is either the internet speed you are getting or YouTube's problem.

Anyway, when it starts to play, press pause, go and make yourself a cuppa and when you have drunk it, press play. Hopefully enough will have streamed to you pc to play properly.
Just to add to what Ethel said, constant buffering on youtube can also be caused by a lack of physical RAM in the computer. If you right click on the "my computer" icon and select properties it will tell you how much ram is installed, anything under 512mb and should really think about increasing it.

Also as it's only started doing it in the last 6 weeks then something has changed, either your internet connection has suddenly got slower, or something is causing your computer to struggle with youtube, it might be a good idea to check the system with a couple of anti spyware scanners
