What have these egg chuckers got against democracy?
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/8091605 .stm
Why can they not accept that the price you pay for being democratic is that it is possible that people you disagree with can win a couple of seats? As VHG said below, spot the true fascists!

They're against mixed marriages, the want to ban promotion of homosexuality (mind you, Maggie did that too), and their press officer said of black children: 'they're going to grow up dysfunctional, low IQ, low achievers that drain our welfare benefits and the prison system and probably go and mug you.'
Nice.
Nice.

As much as I abhor the BNP, I cannot condone the idiotic actions of the egg throwers who only served to make Griffin and Brons look like victims.
Had the roles been reversed we'd never have heard the end of it. They'd have been better off chucking eggs at the apathetic Labour non voters whose absence at the ballot box was the real reason why the BNP gained two seats in the first place.

The BNP main policy thrust is to protect jobs for 'the indigenous white population of the UK'.
Not for Brits...but for white Brits.
Non-white Brits are referred to as resident aliens.
That's the difficulty with the BNP...if they said they were there to promote the interests of Brits, you wouldn't be able to throw the word 'racist' at them...
But that's not the case. Black Britons are simply not viewed as British by the BNP.
How does that make everyone feel?
Proud?

A fine old British tradition...
Today's demonstration by anti-fascists at Westminster immediately conjures up images of East London in the 1930s, when Oswald Mosley's Blackshirts were involved in frequent clashes with locals.
Peter Mandelson's grandfather, Herbert Morrison, was at the time a Labour MP and leader of the London County Council. He made this speech at an anti-fascist meeting in Victoria Park in 1936, which has eerie resonance today. He said
that Fascism appeared to triumph in circumstances of economic decay and dissolution on the one hand and weakness in parliamentary and democratic leadership on the other. When chaos and depression obtained in economic and political affairs Fascism got its maximum chance, not upon its merits, but as a last straw for people who could see no hope otherwise.
On the way to the meeting, demonstrators had marched past the local Fascist headquarters in Green Street, where they greeted by shouts of "Heil, Mosley," and "the throwing of bags of flour and soot and a number of eggs from the roof of a house".

I don't remember you condemning the egg throwing farmer who got John Presecott during a General Election campaign.
I don't remember you condemning the Fathers 4 Justice who threw purple flour bombs at Blair in the Commons.
I don't remember you condemning the man who hit Immigration Minister Phil Woolas with a custard pie.
And I don't remember you condemning the Green Custard attack on Mandelson in March this year.
Will you come on here now condemn those attacks on democratically elected politicians?

I think it was Margaret Thatcher who said of Sinn Fein "We need to deny them the Oxygen of publicity"
Her attempts resulted in the farcical spectacle of actors over-dubbing Gerry Adams' words.
I'm sure many of you remember.
I think many actions like that and this only serve to give them more publicity not less.
We need to change the law - anyone who cannot represent all their constituents because they discriminate on race, gender or religion cannot stand.
Don't get confused - and don't muddy the water.
This is not about the BNP's immigration policies - this is about their policies towards black and asian Britons
