i agree with flanker we are in the same position as he is..and michael howard has promised to help the middle man and raise the threshold so we dont have to pay the higher tax..old blair wants us to pay it to keep all the idle on tax credits and those that never paid a penny in the system..but are quite happy to take what ever..and clog up the hospitals with all their illnesses bought on by their life styles..blair out .....mullein

At 10.00am Exit poles seem to indicate 2 votes to the Conservative party, 2 votes to Bernardo (allegiance unknown) and some strange people who don't seem to have voted

And I don't see why americans can vote in this country - most of them don't seem to be able to vote in their own country - or maybe we will let them but if we don't like what they say we will have to spoil their vote (hanging chad or some other way....)

I would probably spoil my ballot to register disapproval at the lack of any nominated leader fit to govern (although I would consider Brown).  If there was a good local candidate (e.g. Norman Baker , Lib Dem, Lewes) they would get my vote.  So put be down for a spolit ballot (although 'none of the above' is more accurate)

2 for Bernado (allegiance known to anyone who pays attention) (could be 3 votes if the hanging chad issue is ever resolved and the US is involved in the election)

2 for Conservative

1 for Labour

1 for Lib Dem

Sadly, you are correct, deep down I know New Liars will win next year - all I can do is to continue voting Tory: where I live is, thankfully, true blue and always will be.

It always amuses me that people complain about not getting their money's worth from their N.I. contributions. What do you want ? Chemotherapy? A transplant, actually that's an idea. Give your kidneys to 2 people on dialysis then you can go on it for the rest of your life and really get a bargain.

Labour if only for the farce that is care in the community.
