School closures
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/8160314.stm
The government may close schools in the Autumn to allow the transmission of the flu virus to abate before the introduction of the vaccine. Is the government doing enough to prevent further deaths and should the schools be closed?

17th March: First Swine flu in Mexico though it wasn't diagnosed at the time.
24th April: First confirmation of swine flu in Mexico
Between 17th March and 24th April more than 30,000 British holidaymakers had returned from Mexico. (This covered the Easter holidays, a peak time for trips to Mexico).
27th April: First British cases. They had returned before 24th so were already here spreading their germs before the Mexican cases were identified as Swine Flu.
We have 3rd most infections, because after the United States (2nd most infections) we are the next biggest visitors to Mexico. In 2008 315,000 went there.
The Government are to blame for a lot of things, but trying to pin the spread of a virus on them is plain daft.
