Harriet Harman and Cherie Blair that they would take Sir Frederick Goodwin to court to retrieve some of his pension.....nothing has happened.

Alistair Darling says that he cannot put a cap on Bankers Bonuses.

After the huffs and puffs, what has changed?..........NOTHING.

Jake....from my recollections he did it voluntarily, nothing to do with the law or Cherie Blair or Harriet for that matter.
He acted voluntarily, there was no legal way of preventing him having his wedge. Short of creating a retrospective enabling act of parmliament, the government had no leg to stand on.
