Gorgeous George was my last cat's name. He was Scottish like Galloway but he had a nice trustworthy character. He once won a competition in a look-alike type comp and won loads of toys and treats. He donated his winnings to the Red Cross shop and didn't phone the newspapers first - he didn't like publicity.

I used to quite like George Galloway until he went on celebrity Big Brother and showed himself up to be a bullying little creep.

At the moment our government is looking for ways to prevent international arrest warrants being served on Israelis accused of war crimes in Gaza where more than 1400 people were killed just a year ago.
Galloway may get some publicity, but he's also helping people in dire need.
