That doesn't make it fact though smart, he could have been defending himself, or maybe the fellow prisoner who suffered the alleged assault was lying. I'm not saying it didn't happen and that Venables is definitely not to blame but as none of us were there and have no proof or details then we cannot pass judgement on the issue.

I was always under the impression that innocent until proven guilty is a major part of the freedoms that we enjoy in this country. But you have already convicted him.

Ok then smart, answer me this. Would you still want to know his identity even if it meant no future criminal case could be brought against him due to any jury being prejudiced?
