For all the people that earn a honest crust, wave the flags and cheer, at last a shake up in the Benefit system. Or do you feel its to late?

I know what you mean I used to live on a jeremy kyle estate myself, I found that it was a learnt pattern of behaviour, parents didnt work and sat about drinking all day, kids grew up and did the same. thankfully it does not reflect on all of the jobless

I think there needs to be some sort of education to break this cycle, sadly in birmingham we have lost most of our manufacturing so we have engineers with years of experience delivering kleeneze and bettaware catalogues :S
But cazzz, at least they're working; and they are the people we should be giving the most support to. Not only via benefits themselves, but also with job hunting and education. They got off their arrses and started to help themselves, we have a moral obligation to give them the support they need.
I have no objection giving the bettaware engineers, or Eddie for that matter, all the help in the world to get them back into a suitable job where they can once again contribute to society and take pride in the route they have travelled and the hurdles they have overcome.
I do object to little Shaniqua whinging that she doesn't have enough money to buy fags, go clubbing and buy her 73 offspring a DS, PS3 and mountain bike each for christmas.
How old are you bob,yep really seen it all at 29,sheltered by the raf since 19,you sound like you are 56 lol...
Christ poodi, has anyone ever told you what an arrogant Sugar you really are? How dare you make assumptions on my life based soley on my job and my age?
Your so right, their was a echo going on sorry...
What the flump are you going on about? Have you gone insane or something!
Do me a favour poodi, and shove your head in the microwave for a quick defrost!
Sorry bob, thought you were sounding like no mercy then.....
I spent almost 25 years working within the benefit system.

Most people who claim benefit would much rather get back into work and support themselves. However there were always be people who are happy to live on benefits and they seem to have a good quality of life.

In 2003, after many years battling with Bipolar Disorder I now claim Incapacity Benefit and will probably continue to do so. I would rather be healthy and work for a living.

The benefit system is very complicated and any 'solution' be equally as complex.
Might be a bit difficult seeing as she is about 200miles away!
Or are you saying I'm a super genius, with an intimate knowledge of the RAF, The Ambulance Service, Portsmouth FC, the Spanish property market, fine wines, cars, fluent in Spanish, with local knowledge of both Hampshire and Herefordshire, plus other things?
What u on about bobjugs?
poodi, some people 10 years younger than me have gone through more life experiences than me. I'm not sure if that makes me lucky or not as I guess theirs wernt nice experiences
Bob have you ever visited a job centre outside your area ?
