On the assumption the 'alleged' robbery becomes a confirmed robbery, would the terms of his license mean he is hauled back to chokey for a term longer than would normally be warranted for a crime of this type?

He may also be sentenced to more prison time if convicted of the robbery. Dont forget this murderous scum's continued residence in this country was foisted upon us the human rights legislation so beloved of the lefties, his rights to family life completely overriding our need for public safety.
he's a lovely chap, don't know what all the fuss is about, I mean knifing that headmaster like that, just a bit of youthful exuberance. Yet those nasty people threw him into jail. Surely he should have been sent on Safari or something. I'll never understand why that head bloke viciously assaulted his knife with his chest, should never be put in charge of yoofs again, outragious!
