he was supposed to be high on LSD at the time, will there not be a drug charge pendin? How expensive is LSD? and which part of his student grant did he use to buy it? Or did daddy pay his uni fees anyway ?

I don't understand why he was there in the first place, unless he was trying to fit in with the students who need loans. He clearly doesn't. Oh to be rich and privileged.. Daddy will sort it.

Of course Daddy pays his fees. LSD is cheap about £3 a tab. You don't get charged for taking drugs. Only possession and dealing.

He apologized as soon as it was pointed out to him that it was the Cenotaph Flag he had grabbed . The real thugs had their faces covered.

Mr Gilmour said in a statement: "I would like to express my deepest apologies for the terrible insult to the thousands of people who died bravely for our country that my actions represented.

"I feel nothing but shame. My intention was not to attack or defile the Cenotaph. Running along with a crowd of people who had just been violently repelled by the police, I got caught up in the spirit of the moment.

"I feel additionally mortified that my moment of idiocy has distracted so much from the message the protest was trying to send out."
