We are supposed to be civilised people, to conform to legislation for the benefit of ourselves and others. Blatant disregard to the 'rules' is unacceptable. Unfortunately in this particular case, as with many others, justice does not seem to have been done, in my opinion; and that is a travesty.

You are the only one mentioning the word coloured as well as splitting hairs on the definition of the word immigrant.
The key point is ' He was an illegal immigrant '. His actual ethnicity is irrellevant . You are trying to find excuses for him and the law.
He should not be here at all and had he been deported all the victims would not have sufferred.
