This drug dealing Transvestite has escaped prison so that he can complete his sex change.
The Judge said "You have received Government funding and if I send you to prison I would be sentencing you to a continuation of your sexual nightmare, possibly forever."
What about the drugs he deals in, wasn't he also sentencing many poor individuals to a continuous drug enforced nightmare, possibly forever?
He would face the death sentence in some counties, but here he is let off so that he can complete his sex change, amazing.

/// Did you mean Transexual AOG in your OP? ///
No I don't think so.
/// Transvestite ///
/// A person who acts and dresses in a style or manner traditionally associated with the opposite sex.///
/// Transsexual ///
/// 1/ One who wishes to be considered by society as a member of the opposite sex. ///
/// 2/ One who has undergone a sex change. ///
Since he hasn't yet undergone a sex change, I think we can say either description is appropriate.

/// i don't think many are that bothered dris, knowing as its an aog post, it was probably amended for dramatic effect. ///
Now if you had blamed the Daily Mail you may have been right.
But since I took it from their headline I thought it rather unfair of you to suggest it was me who had amended the post for dramatic effect..

Well, of course, with the proposed new guidlines in the pipeline for the News Section, I'd better be careful not to step out of line here.
My observation is this: The Laws of the Land do not have little caveats added on which preclude someone being jailed because of their specific sexual orientation. The Judge, therefore, is solely responsible for showing sympathy to this person.
The only danger in that is that, let's say I was due to be banged up for something similar, and I produced medical / psychiatric evidence that I was claustrophobic: would I be spared incarceration? Mmmmmmmhhhhh, I wonder?

/// You are wrong you know AOG.There is a huge chasm of a difference.Enlighten yourself.///
We are not talking statistics here, which can sometimes be proven to be wrong.
The examples I gave where dictionary descriptions, so are you also suggesting that the dictionary needs re-writing to prove you right?
Perhaps it is you who should Enlighten yourself,
Since you have stated that I am definitely wrong, perhaps you would care to offer up your facts to prove that you are right?
