What is your plan for this Friday evening?

Myself? I have been developing a cold over the last couple of days. This evening I intend to drown it in Covonia and Karate chop it with Lemsip.

Also, maybe a curry. I've found a place which will cook a Phall on request. Hot food make the world better.

So, yes, what are your plans?

Start the Casino missions in GTA SA, probably ... yeah, it's really that exciting. :-))
I'm going for paisley with chintz accents.
off the pub to watch the game, gotta take it easy though 'cus I'm playing tomorrow, there's gonna be some hangovers out on that pitch tomorrow!!
books, duvet, food,dvd's
Celebrated the Chinese New Year last night with a lovely meal cooked by a Thai Friend (a chef and restaurant owner) and lots of wine, so tonight will just relax in front of the box or listen to CD's and nag Mr LL about all the jobs I want doing at the weekend (he will ignore me!!)
No plans yet Ed. I'm waiting for my daughter and granddaughter who are coming up from Buckinghamshire for the weekend, depending on the traffic.... a meal out or a takeaway.
Also coming down with something and feel sorry for myself. I will be presented with dinner as usual and will switch between Tv, AB and swearing like a trooper at Super Mario on Wii.
Hope youre better soon -Covonia is excellent !
Given the rotten weather and the fact that my H isnt home this weekend I may watch some DVDs in the little oak beamed comfy cosy 'snug' we have in our home -cant even hear anyone at the door -bliss.(will try to tidy at least one kitchen cupboard though -just to show willing lol)
Might have a cheeky 'Vimto'...;)
(Dont let on to the weekend Ed tho)

Which part is that in Naz, the desert-ish island?

Jno, very good.

AYG - sounds brill.

LL - If you did the jobs instead would he be over like a shot to make sure you were "doing it right"?

Pu__al - Oh dear. I think the no.1 reason for old men limping is hung-over slide tackles...

Prudie - Sounds excellent! Which Mario game is it?

I don't think AB on the weekends would be the same without the drink Dris.

But then, neither would the mornings.
I am planning on opening a bottle of wine and doing the Tescos shop online. Jeez I know how to live!
I'm home alone as hubby is at work so after cleaning the house it's a diet meal, some t.v and maybe a.b, a long soak in the bath reading a mag, then an early night.............. god what a bore I am..........will I even bother to press the submit button and share this sad live ha ha
Ed -sarcy (i'll let you off though cos youre not well) :)
Ed, it appears after you complete the flight training at the old airfield.
it's not slide tackles nowadays Ed, it's 16 stone of rugby player swinging round my scrawny neck I have to worry about!
Spare Ed. In answer to your question. Yes. Actually, good idea, I will start doing those jobs and he will 'take over'!!
Ed - they've brought out all the 3 original games on 1 disk exactly as they were and I'm on 3. I hate it really, never played them in their day (went from Sega to PS)
We're going to B& Q to let the girls choose the new colours for their bedroom. They want their ceiling to look like a blue sky as a tribute to ELO so the rest of the room will have to match that.

After they're in bed it's hand cut pork medallions in a creme fraiche and cider sauce followed by home baked dainty lemon cupcakes, accompanied by chilled white wine - as mercia would probably have put it. My husband is more likely to say ' mmm - pig!'

The Megadrive was a superior machine to the SNES. I've never been a big fan of the Mario games (except on the gameboy). If you have a DS I'd recommend Henry Hatsworth to you.

I sympathize with all of you who claim to be "boring" this evening - it all sounds really wonderful to me!

LL - it is a trick that works on a great deal of the male sex.

Naz - I thought so. The airfield stuff was a pin the first time I played it. I didn't realised how to pull in the landing gear (i.e. I didn't read the instructions) and, as such, couldn't get through the (3rd?) pilot test!

Rugby was never my thing Pa___ul - I can say I am certainly not jealous of you.
Ed if you think a bottle of wine and Tescos online is wonderful you really need to get out a bit more, love.
