To all those that who criticise our troops for killing the Taliban, I say take a look what they have done to this young and beautiful girl, to them life is nothing, especially the lives of women.
If it was at all possible each and everyone of them should be exterminated just like one would do with mad dogs.

AOG - to say that all Taliban men are the same - and guilt of such appaling cruelty - is the same as saying that all Marines are monsters because of the My Lai Massacre in Viet Nam - for which only one officer was prosecuted -

the actions of one person do not equate to an entire body of people, it is simply not accurate or logical.
I personally have never criticised troops for killing Taliban fighters - I simply ponder the justification for the Allied invasion - but that is another topic.
The wording of your Question refers to 'they' - wheras in fact this is the action of one man, and is not based on his alliegence to the Taliban, but his own twisted extremist views.
Can this behaviour be tolerated? Of course not, but let's not let hysterical invective distort the truth of this dreadful incident, or allow it to be used to further the sort of religious hatred that leaves the UK and its allies fighting and dying for an unwinable - and frankly seriously flawed cause.

/// but it is an unequivicoable truth that the Allied forces have indeed invaded their country - what else would you call ///
Unequivocal truth?
That is not correct, (I do not mean the spelling) but your statement.
Yes we invaded Iraq, but we did not invade Afghanistan, we are there at the invitation of the Afghan Government, in fact we are fighting side by side with Afghan troops.
If we had invaded Afghanistan do you not think that these troops would be fighting us, in an attempt to drive us from their land?

I am amazed once again by the fact that after seeing the appalling disfigurements inflicted on this poor girl, no one has yet showed one ounce of pity towards her.

<<Many have sided with the Taliban by calling them 'Freedom Fighters' and blaming our soldiers for 'INVADING' their country. >>
Old Git is confused again
Confused between attitudes to unacceptable behaviour perpetrated by Taliban fighters and sympathy for Afghan civilians who have had their territory invaded, their homes destroyed, their families killed by our troops who have neen sided with one of the corrupt factions currently fighting for control of their country.
Don't you remember when we were all encouraged to cheer on the Taliban?
Back when we were told they were called Mujadhin and they were fighting the nasty soviets with weapons and training we were giving them?
Sorry if this blurs your black and white view of the situation.
