Having read the thread from beginning to end, it appears that the original premise is getting lost in a flurry of insults and defences.
ETY - you have made your forthright views about homosexuality known here at kength - and no-one denies you the right to feel as you do, or to express your thoughts and opinions.
The issues come when you use inflamatory and derogatory terms which at worst are removed under AB rules, and at best, cause others to take issue with, not your stance on the issue, but the way in which you insult people for their lifestyle, or their defence of a section of society which lives under difficult circumstances.
I have often opined that even though compared with even a generationm ago, we are vastly improved in our tolerences, as a society we still have a very lkong way to go, and threads like this are certainly proof of that.
AOG - no-one is 'parading' homosexuality, any more than you parade 'our brave boys and girls fighting abroad' - people become passionate about areas of life that concern them, or simply because they fight injustice on any front they find it.
