In my late teens I worked in an engineering company. Someone in my office told me a similar one "My dog is an engineer. If I kick him up the @rse, he makes a bolt for the door!"

Mine is far superior im afraid.

My dog is a working dog, he is a blacksmith, when I stick a hot poker up his arse he makes a bolt for the door.
