Usually pan but u canny beat plain with roasted cheese mmmmm esp the outsider!!

Tea should be very strong, no sugar little milk. Bread should always be brown, the darker the better. Butter should be Lurpak and jam should be good quality strawberry.

Ahhh, tinks, I can sympathise with that. I used to suffer terribly. I was glad to see the back of it. You need lots of sympathy, chocolate and loads of tea.
