While busy with his 'gloved' examination of a woman,

the gynecologist picks up the phone with his free hand, and just continues the examination.

'It's a study mate from university' he whispers to the woman and says to the guy on the phone: 'John, it's so nice that you found me. Yes, I'd like to see you again this weekend. Write down this route: enter the city, 2nd street right, first street left, take 3/4 of the roundabout, and 3/4 of the next roundabout, 2nd house on the right.'

While he puts down the phone he asks the woman: 'are you still okay?'

Woman: 'Yes doctor, but could you repeat that part with the roundabouts again...?
