A Fottle...
I went to the Patent Office trying to register some of my inventions.
I went to the main desk to sign in and the lady at the desk had a form
that had to be filled out. She wrote down my personal info and then
asked me what I had invented.
I said, "A folding bottle."
She said, "Okay, what do you call it?"
"A Fottle."
"What else do you have?"
"I have also invented a folding carton."
Again she said "What do you call it?"
"A Farton."
She sniggered and said, "Those are silly names for products and one of
them sounds quite crude."
I was so upset by her comment that I grabbed the form and left the
office without even telling her about my folding bucket.

To the best of my knowedge you do not have to name your inventions. Don't give you must hope of being sufficiently unique from concertina bottles or tetrapaks etc.
You should really have gone to a patent officer who would have carried out searches, drafted and submiited your applications .

Don't be concerned folks - I asked for jokes versus my serious answer to a joke. No hard feelings at all. If you enter the Answer Bank and take the huff when the answers go against you - you are on the wrong web-site! Thanks for your funny jokes gang but givvus a rest please. No excuses at all for my stupidity but have to admit that that, even now, I think Jemisa's "joke" is pretty weak. Hope that's the end of that Jem and gang xxx
