If you still resisted, you would be in contempt of court, and you could be jailed until you gave in. Yes, for contempt of court you can be jailed Forever, unless you "purge your contempt" which means you say sorry and make amends. Which means - give in.
No need for a Court to order the fingerprinting and photographing (likewise for DNA sample) - the police have the power to use reasonable force where necessary in the face of resistance.
