This takes the piss out of the Dutch - what's a Dutchman? A Scot or Tyke without a sense of generosity.

Now being Dutch, this involves 3 Royal Dutch Shell exploration staff out in Bangkok, one American (Hank), one Englishman, (Ed) and one Dutch man (Willem). They have a night out and end up in the FireCat Club in the Pat-Pong, having seen a notice, 200 Baht an inch. (£4).

After a few drinks they go in for some fun.

Twenty minutes later, Hank and Ed emerge at about the same time, new beers in hand, Hank (being a Yank) "So how much did it cost you then, Ed?"

Demurely Ed responds, "1300 Baht, Hank.....and you?"

"1700 Baht, Ed", a hint of Texan arrogance in his voice.

Another fifteen minutes pass and then Willem emerges. Grabs his beer. Hank asks him, "So how much did it cost you then, Willem"

Willem is a six foot five, hunk of a Dutch male

"Ja, Zo, it cost me 600 Baht only"

"Ed, "600 Baht - what! Do you have a medical problem or something?"

"Nay, I just paid on the vay out."
