I have thousand of songs on my iphone, which I play in the car. If I want a particular one then my only option is is scroll through the play list, which means I wouldn't be paying proper attention to the road. Shouting at my phone to find it is much more sensible.
If the police don't like the look of you...............
Using hands-free devices when driving
You can use hands-free phones, sat navs and 2-way radios when you’re driving or riding. But if the police think you’re distracted and not in control of your vehicle you could still get stopped and penalised.
I'm now looking at the other 'stupid apps for stupid people' I have on my phone.
Here's a list;
Shazam - Maybe I should wait until I have internet access then come on here and try and describe a song I want to know the title of by typing 'da da da dum dum dum'
TV Guide - I should clearly just wait until the Radio Times is published and write a list in advance
Compass - What's wrong with looking at the moon
Well, if they're just apps then you wouldn't need to buy a new phone.
And some people like new technology, if they want a phone that does everything then what's it to me or you if that's what they spend their money on. I thought we were meant to be encouraging people to spend money anyway.
