My wife and I have been invited to take tea at the Ritz,
But as we are not sure of what the Dress code is
I presume a Gent would be required to wear a suit and a tie
But what would be suitable for a Lady?
Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated

I haven`t done tea at the Ritz but I have done tea at Claridges. Just had a quick look at the photos and I was wearing a skirt and blouse. Any smart attire will do.
Daytime smart will be perfect. Dress or trousers with a jacket perhaps?
Anything smart would be apt,I hope you enjoy your outing, remember not to wear anything too tight, allow room for expansion lol.
Yes daytime smart would be fine. If the lady wanted to dress up to the nines that wouldn't look out of place either. No jeans or trainers from what I recall.
I've had tea at the Ritz. Just dress nicely. No need for anything extra special.
not denim. but a tiara is acceptable :)
It tells you on their website http://www.theritzlondon.com/tea/
