The man in charge of the luggage at Terminal 5 at Heathrow has been sacked and is awaiting trial at court.

He has asked for another 28,000 cases to be taken into account.

I was told that Delta stands for Don't Expect Luggage To Arrive, certainly applied to us last October, we had to cross Minneapolis Airport in 50 minutes, we managed it but our bags didn't.
