Sore tummy

Since yesterday morning I have had a real sore tummy.  It is really tender (feels like its bruised) directly behind and around my tummy button.  It isnt crampy like period pains or tummy upset pains, just really sore and tender.  It hurts when i bend over and when i touch it.  any ideas anyone?

oh if you catch estie, she might know. I had a bad belly yesterday and she gave advice, used to be a medic apparently

was worried it may be appendicitis, but looked it up on nhs direct and dont think its that (dont feel sick, have no temperature etc)
