Any element of control or chastisement has been removed by right on Liberal thinkers so now all they have is the "nuclear" option of expulsion. As long as there have been educational establishments there have been occasions of unruly behaviour - yes punishments have changed over the years. In many cases it simply had to change.

I detest any misbehaviour of course and am as bothered as anyone about it - with four school age children in my family I have a keen concern and one incident is currently being investigated.

What the original use of these cameras were is of no regard, if they prove useful in certain situations that can only be good.

I object to your carte blanche reference to all our classrooms being populated by cretins and a few other choice generalisations too.

The only thing that has been removed is physical chastisement. Kids playing up get put in isolation, in silence, for how many days the teacher sees fit.

Yes, it worries me TTT, particularly as I think the disruptive ones will still be disruptive, they know the teachers aren't allowed to respond to their anger and if assaulted can't hit back !!

Any time a teacher even asks them something they get a mouth full of expletives from the little darlings. Then their scum parents come up the school to punch the teacher in the face.
