Easyjet Check In Issues
My flight isn´t til next thursday, I´ve tried to check in using my easyjet app, with no joy, they said my passport number wasn´t right. I tried again with my laptop with the same result.
so they said they needed extra information, eg all my personal data, then once again my passport number was rejected!!
any advice would be appreciated, i am expecting to make an expensive phonecall to the customer care, is there an alternative?

Is it a new passport you haven’t booked with before.
Passports have a long number. Some that are there aren’t your actual passport number.And are not required
Is it a stored number on the Easyjet site you’ve used before/ haven’t had an issue with on past bookings.
